Refund and return policy
- Our policy to provide a seamless and stress- free online experience.
- We provide 100% returns and refunds for:
- Products receieved in a damaged conditions due to transists issues.
- Products that have passed their expiry date.
- Products that do not match the ones ordered.
- Products cancelled by customesr before receipt of email of confirmation of order.
- For any issues of the issues listed above, you must request a return
within 24 hours of delivery, by sending an email.
to info@greenedensystemic.com. with an image of the damaged/expiry product.
- Please also mention the order number in the email.
- when the return is receieved by Green Eden systemic, it will be checked and verfied for the claimed damages. On accepttance of the complaint, we will refund the value of the product by account payee within a week only.
Cancellation policy
- For orders that are not acceptable, we have the reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order. This can be due to
- Unavailability of product.
- Inaccurate pricing listed on website.
- May be any other reason, due to market conditions.
- If an order is cancelled after your payment is acceptd, the full amount will be refunded.
- You will get a refund in your bank account within 21 days.
- Orders ones placed online can be cancelled only before shipping of the order.
- Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.
No refunds will be made on such orders unless the product is damaged
or if a wrong products has been delivered.

- Customers will be bound our cancellation policy and shall not hold Green Eden systemic liable for any losses incurred because of cancellation or return of the order
- If the products are the shipped back by the customer, a fixed delivary charged amount of Rs. 125/- will be added in the refund on receipt and verfication of the returned time.
